Sun run was just at my house pitching what i think is a scam to me. You have to sighn 25 year lease with 2.9 percent increases every year... starting payment was 259 dollars a mth after 10 years goes up to 345 a mth 20 years 459 and 25 years 530 a mth.. but hey no down payment lol hahahah
