Their policy is to lie, and keep on lying, and they have the forms already preset to keep the kids in their confinement until they turn eighteen. All the states across the nation are okay with this. This is the system that is already in place, and occurs across the nation. We are talking just about Riverside County and the crimes that they have committed.
